480 days since Memphis police scooped up journalist Manuel Duran, while he was reporting from a street theater about ICE abuses, Manual reappeared publicly in Memphis. Hosted by Latino Memphis and Southern Poverty Law Center attorneys, who had toiled tenaciously for 15 months for his freedom, Manuel spoke of his experiences in ICE prison and fielded questions from the media.
