Written recipe for Paneer slice sandwich.
Prep time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 4 mins
Serves: 2
For Potato masala.
Ingredients:
• 6 -7 boiled Potato
• green chilli (chopped)
• curry leaves
• Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
• Hing/Asafoetida ½ tsp
• cumin powder 1 tsp
• garam masala 1 tsp
• Fresh coriander leaves
For sandwich filling
Ingredients:
• Paneer 150 gm (Slices)
• Veggies:
1. Tomatoes 1/4th cup (chopped)
2. Capsicum 1/4th cup (chopped)
3. Onions 1/4th cup (chopped)
4. chat masala
5. salt
Assembly:
Ingredients:
• Bread slice as required
• Garlic dip
• Sandwich filling
• Potato masala.
• Butter for toasting
For garanshing:
Green sandwich
Tomato ketchup
grated paneer
sev
Garnish with mayonnaise
Paneer silce sandwich is ready to serve.
