This 50-minute Sculpt & Slide class is like at-home megaformer meets sculpt workout. It’s a mix of slider exercises, bodyweight movements, and work using light hand weights. The first 10+ minutes will be to the beat of the music, and then we’ll go into slider and bodyweight sequences. The 50 minutes includes warm up and cool down.
WORKOUT BREAKDOWN
I’ll be guiding you through the workout, but here’s a general idea of the flow:
—Warm Up
—Arms
—Left leg
—Left side obliques
—Prone work
—Right leg
—Right side obliques
—Prone work
—Center core plank finisher
—Cool down & stretch
