Change id="hidden5" class="buttons"> your ingredient to smoked garlic instead. It's very good for your vitality. I believe garlic soup will do you better. Since, I believe you are slim hence, your acidic level will be high, perhaps. Garlic is indeed good. It will do good for your immunity a great deal of jolly good however, fluid (means of a soup) is better because your body needs fluid. This way it (garlic soup) will might as well bring down the acidic level in your body. Parmesan cheese grated on that garlic soup too will keep your diet balanced. Additional ingredient in your garlic soup should be a generous amount of spring onion. Try adding up three handful off Urud Dhal. Add this when you are still boiling the water to make your soup (and you haven't throw in your smoked garlic inside of your pot).
