@michaelelliott8536last year I am besotted with Dimash, listen every day, for a couple of hours, as I’m retired. Travelled to two countries to see him in concert and going to Turkey to see him again next month. Got the t-Shirt, , a fridge magnet, cd, birthday card……And I’m an old lady. Lol. But I don’t like EVERY song he sings. Since he has sung a couple of hundred. Just a couple I don’t take to. But if Dimash likes to sing them, that’s his choice and I want him to be happy. Some reactors I listen to have no musical expertise at all and they are among my favourites. Do things your way. We all have a choice to follow you or not. Good luck. ... 11

@oscargovea5487last year Dimash is the best singer in the WORLD and there are no doubts about that, his voice is a prodigy of nature and a genetic marvel since his parents are two glories of singing from Kazakhstan since he was 5 years old, he sings publicly and has more than twenty years of lyrical training and graduated from the university of music, he is a singer, composer, arranger and multi instrumentalist, he plays more than seven musical instruments and sings in more than Fourteen(14) languages, he is also a great performer and a great artist who lives and feels music He is not an imitator of voices , Dimash has his own style and is one of the forerunners of the "POPera" he also has a very pleasant, HUMBLE and simple personality, easy access, which makes it very easy to follow, he always travels with His family and friends is a very educated person and an example to follow, he has become known for his musical talent not for getting into trouble or scandals, It has a very wide vocal range of approximately 7 octaves ,he is a singer with a wide vocal range very versatile is Baritone, TENOR , Soprano, counter TENOR, mezasoprano, everything at the same time is how to have 5 singers in one, it has a male and female voice, also many resources such as vibrato, "melismas", falsetto, Staccato, whistle tone, reaching a( D8 )live "Outside of Piano"at the concert of Gakku in an unforgettable day, at his young age he continues to improve and grow musically to perfection, he has a good physical presence he measures 191 cm or 6 "3", he is very famous and recognized in Asia and now he is becoming known In Europe and America, ALL their songs are spectacular, it always goes from low to high, soft to spectacular at the end, in my almost half a century of life I never heard so much quality and it is the hope of continuity of the classical genre because all the old tenors have already Almost all of them died and Dimash can sing like them but none of them can sing like Dimash, being a Man he sings better than any Tenor and his female voice is superior to that of any average Soprano, greetings and a hug from USA 🇺🇸 "Dears" Forever ❤️ Sorry for copying and pasting my informative comment in ALL the Video reactions to Dimash what I see but I do it with the intention of sharing information about him and what I think that in the music industry there are many artists who have been successful and have no talent and are bad people and they do not set a good example for the youth, Dimash and his music deserve to triumph in America, Europe and the whole WORLD, do you want to have already read my comment please come by without problem there is always someone who for the first time knows this information and I won't get tired of sharing it with all my friends"Dear" around the world, thanks for reading and for supporting Dimash 🙏🏻S.O.S. @quinchin6200last year You shouldn't really have to explain yourself - it's your channel. Keep doing what you're doing. 18

@nicevinci_dearlast year I'm so sorry you got such nasty comments from so-called dears. Believe me, these aren't Dears. They can't be, because they harm Dimash and, in my opinion, intentionally. Real Dears always try to do what Dimash sets the example for us. Respect for others, modesty, dignity and kindness. That might sound like an exaggeration now, but I've already noticed that I've changed in some ways as well. Dimash himself knows that his music is not for everyone, even though he sings in so many different genres. Recently he posted a very cute photo on his Instagram page ❤️and he titeld it with „My music is not vor everyone😂😂😂“ and even we Dears don't like every song either. We also have our favourites.
I also know these haters from other channels. Yes, admittedly many Dears are very protective of Dimashs' art, but I think there are also many who just pretend to be someone's fan and then make nasty comments, which of course reflect back on the artist negatively. I don't know what these people get out of it. Envy, resentment, or just plain spite? I don’t know.
Always watch his videos to the end. You might also want to watch interviews or videos made by Dears. Especially the ones from his time in China, where he took part in the singer competition, are very funny and give a good insight into his friendly nature. I've seen videos where he talks to fans on the train or sings to them. How he comforts a fan, how she hit her head. Or how he jumps up from his seat at the airport to make a seat available for an old woman. There are so many examples...
It would be good for many of us to take Dimash as an example on many things. People who attack and swear at others are haters but not dears... Please ignore them.
Greetings and much love from Germany👋❤️

@debbiemorgan859last year As in most Global fandoms a lot gets missed in translation and with a fandom as large as his there are going to be a few negative people but you will also find trolls who deliberately set out to paint the fandom in a negative light so that reactors stop reacting to Dimash.
I'd definitely recommend just watching for yourself at least one of the documentaries or even his recent speeches to get a better understanding of Dimash and what he stands for in life.

@lauraalkhaz2163last year Dimash plays the piano as well, as does his little brother. Please do not worry about the few negative comments. Today is seems like no one is allowed to have a different opinion without being attacked. I love Dimash. I love 99.9% of what he does. There are a couple of songs I do not like as well as other fans. It is ok. I will tell you this. With Dimash, the fandom is overly protective. He does not need to be protected in my opinion because the man has stood countless times on stage in competitions and withstood all kinds of remarks. He is able to take it. However, I think once you know the person of Dimash, the person he is off stage, you will be even more impressed. He is a very humble, gracious and good person. Please just forget the negative comments and just enjoy his music. I have red hair, so pretty sure I understand your title. Actually he is now living in LA, at least for a time. He is such a sweetheart. There are videos of him doing interviews with English captions. He does now speak pretty good English also. The flowers he sends to hospitals and nursing homes from what I understand. He has a very special place in his heart for the elderly and children. You will see him take his grandmothers places, and here is a short clip of a young autistic boy, age 10 who started speaking after learning to sing to Dimash songs. He went to see Dimash at the airport and you see how Dimash responds. It is not the entire video where the mother explained that he did not speak until learning to sing to Dimash etc, but just how kind he was. ... 6

    @kathrinphanlast year Dear EWG,
Having a crush on Dimash is the normal state in this commune 😁.
    We go through several stages:
First, we are impressed by his voice. Then we fall in love with that voice, become addicted to it (the fact that Dimash doesn't look like Quasimodo seems to help 😍). And finally we fall in love with his character, the way he is, the loving, open, respectful way he treats his fans and the people he meets.
Many say he has the voice of an angel, he is supernatural, an alien. But actually he just shows us how human he is and that the world could be better if we could all cling less to our ego and show more humanity in our dealings with each other ❤️‍🩹.
Lots of love from Switzerland 🤗🇨🇭
PS: I'm sorry that some people made such ugly statements in the comments to your last video. In my eyes it is particularly pathetic to simply use the racism club as a killer argument on principle. That's extremely unfortunate and contradicts what Dimash and his Dears stand for 😔

@madamemim5728last year I am very sorry that some have left such nasty comments. Normally the Dears are very friendly and I am very proud of us. Dimash stands for love and peaceful coexistence, that's how we fans should behave. Since I subscribed to your channel immediately, your reaction couldn't have been bad, I rarely follow immediately and I am very picky.
I'm glad you like Dimash. As I mentioned, he is not only a wonderful singer but also a special person.

Если Вам нравится необычное пение Димаша ( я даже не знаю как это назвать) , послушайте композицию 'Знай'- это прекрасная импровизация, это полёт у тебя а сердце.

@arcoiriscreativo388last year Beautiful! May your beautiful eyes not be saddened by the comments of some people who confuse fanaticism with hate. Dimash discards arrogance, he always talks about it in his posts, and he always talks about humility and not believing himself to be more than anyone else, just trying to do well on this passing journey called life. Knowing a little about your tastes, I recommend you react to OLIMPICO, an operatic song from baritone to soprano by Dimash, be sure to look for the Arnau Tour version or the Digital Show 2021 version. @maril8932last year Здравствуйте. Не принимайте близко к сердцу негатив. Мы все разные, разные вкусы и восприятие у нас отличается. Вы честны и это важно. @cynthiabruce-marzenska5024last year I’m sorry to hear that you experienced negativity from some of the dears. It is unusual since Dimash himself encourages positivity and respect and compassion for others. I do realize that not everyone has to enjoy everything the first time through. Sometimes it grows on you and sometimes it doesn’t. I’m the only Dimash fan in my household but still occasionally approach my middle daughter (the most open minded of my three girls) and let her hear his newest songs in hopes that something will resonate with her. Alas, not yet. Kazakhstan (if I recall correctly) is the largest landlocked country in the world and was at one time part of the silk roads trading and shares one of its borders with China, another with Russia and I think Kyrgyzstan also. There’s a strong nomadic history and a relatively recent adoption of the western alphabet. Dimash is a wonderful ambassador of Kazakh culture and incorporates traditional instruments and melodic lines in much of his work. There are some beautiful traditional melismas in Stranger and Dimash does also have several songs in Kazakh. As far as negativity is concerned, give it no mind. If someone doesn’t like your reactions, they don’t have to listen. Cheers from Canada! ... 1

@zemanoshtronzlast year For those who like information about Dimas' songs:
Sinful Passion - The story behind this song is very interesting: The band that accompanies Dimash is the same one that composed the song, without the singer who died after a heart attack! The band is also from Kazakhstan and this performance by Dimash revitalized the song. Moreover, in the final part he added, with an oriental technique (from the Kazakhstan region). The song was originally performed in 1998 and the band name is A'Studio (Kazakh pop music group based in Russia, "Alma-Ata Studio", Almaty city). The dead singer (who Dimash was a fan of) left the band in 2000 and passed away in 2015 and his name was Batyrkhan Shukenov. The lyrics are by the poetess Ilia Reznik together with Baigaly Serkebayev, who is the long-haired keyboardist, who we see in the video that accompanies Dimash.
    Hugs from Brazil!

@ij4091last year You have every right to your own conclusions and feelings. First of all, remember that Dimash is listened to by people from many countries. Most people use the autotranslator, and so do I. And then there are often various distortions. I found out about this when I asked someone to check if the autotranslate was working properly. What I wrote sounded different in English. Conversely, what you say is often mistranslated. Years later, I know that it is not worth taking literally what the autotranslator displays for me because, for example, from Spanish it often displays offensive words. Therefore, do not take some comments to heart, because they may be mistranslated. Don't take some people's words to heart because they are often not true fans of Dimash. Remember that some people are very passionate, some have a one-sided view of his art, some are intolerant of other opinions. That's the world. ... 6

@nicevinci_dearlast year You can write him with K and also with Q. Qudaibergen is the Kazakh spelling and K is written in Russian because there is no Q in the Cyrillic script, which is also used in Kazakhstan.
However, I heard that from 2025 the Cyrillic script in Kazakhstan will be replaced by the Latin script. So then Q is right.
23 seconds in one breath with riffs and runs. Unbelievable. Btw he didn‘t won the Voice. He became second in The Singer competition in China 2017, because of not being a Chinese. And he always donates the flowers to hospitals, retirement homes or similar institutions. And that they don’t scream during the performance that‘s a cultural thing. It has something to do with respect for the artist. The audience listens to a performance without yelling or screaming that the artist can no longer be heard. No sound should be missed. In return, they then shower Dimash with flowers and gifts. That's the norm there.
And I love his outfit. It's just great. The next James Bond🥰.
Here he sings in a competition for young musicians, called New Wave in Sochi, Russia. He was there in 2018 as a guest.
The gentleman at the end you see standing and clapping is the famous Russian/Ukrainian composer, producer and songwriter Igor Krutoy. He has come out of retirement to work with Dimash. True masterpieces were created. He writes songs that only Dimash could sing with his vocal range, such as Olimpico, Stranger or Ave Maria. You’ll often see him accompanying Dimash on the piano. The two have no contract. Their cooperation is based more on mutual trust. It’s more like a father/son relationship. These last three mentioned songs are mind-blowing and will leave you speechless. I promise.
If you like some really great fancam versions then I recommend the one from the Moscow concert:
Or another one from the Arnau concert:
They are all a bit different.
    And for later😉:
    Olimpico:
    Stranger:
    Ave Maria:
If possible, always watch the videos to the end. Very often there are interesting things to learn. Either there’s something to laugh about, or he’s talking to his audience. He always thanks his musicians. He is incredibly humble and never acts like a star. When he is praised, he constantly says that it is thanks to his teachers and his parents, who made it all possible for him. He’s just incredible.
In this case he thanked the band A-Studio. It’s a Kazakh band who wrote this song. However, Dimash sang it differently. And in my opinion, much better 😄.
If you like some really great fancam versions then I recommend the one from the Moscow concert:
Or another one from the Arnau concert:
They are all a bit different
    Please react next to Stranger
Here you can hear a large part of fhis vocal range, as well as an incredibly awesome Kazakh instrument, The Kobyz. The man who often plays the kobyz in Dimash’s performances is the best on this instrument and a good friend of Dimash. His name is Olzhas Qurmanbek.
I think you will love it.

@martinhafner2201last year Yes, that was the same E6 high note as in SOS. The band, A-Studio, is also from Kazakhstan and wrote this song when Dimash was 4. So he gets to sing with his famous local band and also makes sure to give them more publicity. So he thanked them for helping influence local youth, such as himself. The unusual section after the high note is in a Kazakh folk style and seems to be a sort of funeral lament. Possibly for the feared vulnerable relationship in the song or in honor of A-Studio's former lead vocalist, who died a few years ago. Maybe both.
Kazakhstan is in the turkic group of countries, cultures and languages, so they share these music styles in their folk music.
They were part of the USSR for a long time, during which suppression of their language and culture was constant. Now that they are independent, Dimash and many other people from Kazakhstan are trying to reclaim their language and culture. Thus, he has started using the Kazakh spelling of Qudaibergen, composed some songs in Kazakh (Qazaq?), learned to play some Qazaq stringed instruments and brought some top Qazaq players into his songs. You may want to try his Stranger, which is in English, but also sports an amazing Qobyz soloist and has this very old world adventure/mystery sound. Stranger was written by the tall bald guy in the white shirt that stood up in the audience at the end of Sinful Passion - Igor Krutoy. Dimash is good at making alliances as he goes along. He doesn't seem to miss an opportunity.

This is my first visit to your channel, and it disturbs me that some so-called Dimash Dears are so unkind and cruely critical. I don't understand how they can call themselves his fans where surely they must know they are the antithesis of what he stands for and what he admires about his wonderful, kind, and accepting Dears. I'm certain he would be very disappointed with such negativity amongst his fandom. Blind, critical fanaticism is a very ugly trait in a person. Keep up your honest reactions to Dimash and I'm sure as you continue on your journey, you will be blown away by the amazingly talented, and charismatic Dimash. @hitomiochiai8787last year I am so sorry for those comments from anyone who would criticize you for your own opinions. Calling you racist and all that kind of stuff, and being late for knowing Dimash?(WTF). If they are true Dears, they wouldn't be so negative. Dimash promotes peace, unity and love for everyone. Even if they criticize him. Most of his fans are late to the party so to speak, but we accept everyone. Spreading his talent is what Dears do. And I found your channel name hysterical. This was not my favorite song when I first listened to him, but now I love it. And Dimash doesn't just sing classical/opera style songs. He's got plenty of pop songs too. The signs shown are in Russian. Kazakh writing is a mixture of Cryllic, Arabic and Latin alphabet. Actually, Dimash is currently living in LA and will probably stay for a while. Although he's got an engagement in Kazakhstan then his concerts in Armenia and Turkiye in the next 2 weeks, and 1 in Malaysia at the end of June. There is a series of interviews that a lovely Youtuber Dear LalaSi compiled. Here is the first one Dimash is born in Aktobe, Kazakhstan. He started school when he was 4 or 5, started in piano first. Won his first piano competition at 6. Has not stopped learning. Has 2 bachelors degrees in vocals, one in Bel Canto (opera) and the other in Contemporary music (pop/jazz) A master's degree in music composition. I heard he was going for his doctorate, but I'm not sure how far he's progressed. He also plays a lot of instruments. He is very spiritual but he's not pushy about it. Like I said, he loves us all. ...

@marthahazen4670last year I enjoyed your reaction to Dimash's "Sinful Passion," especially your facial expressions. You were a joy to watch as well as to hear. I do believe that there is a learning curve with Dimash. The more you experience, the more complex, in a good way, you find his music and his performances. Yes, his presentations are worth examining too. They are always well-conceived, supporting the message of the song. I noticed you received some comprehensive information on Kazakhstan in the comment section. I would suggest you also look at the video of the Kazakhstan National Anthem. (Dimash's channel) Not only will you hear his rich, baritone voice, but you will see some nice images of his country. Also, regarding negative comments, Dears' suggestions to ignore those haters is good advice. Interestingly, there are some closed-minded people regarding the US to American reactors sometimes. Follow Dimash's words and know that he believes "there are no bad countries." It seems that those false dears don't follow his advice very well. Once you've examined more Dimash songs, watch his video "The Story of One Sky." Be sure to watch to the end and read the message. He also respects all religions. Additionally, some in our country would consider me "woke," but I do not have a problem with people who disagree with me, and I certainly do not consider them bad people. The term "woke". seems a lot like some of those demeaning comments you referenced. Anyway, I look forward to seeing your next reaction to Dimash. He's something, isn't he? ...

@Treefellow1last year Very cute that you consider Dimash as a possible boyfriend! regarding the Eastern style singing, I recommend Hello, also The story of One Sky (but do that later on!). I also suggest the Kazakh songs like Adai/Daidedau, Samaltau, Amanat, Kazakhstan. Omir Oter.. its a beautiful language. and the music is very emotional and passionate. Anyone calling themselves a Dear who is being rude to you, is not a Dear at all! How dare they! Greetings from Cape Town South Africa! Yes the Dears are EVERYWHERE! ... 4

@Ascension721last year If you like this kind of singing... I think you would love the part in the middle of The Story of One Sky. A very emotional song, not something to listen to so early, but keep that in mind. Hello has quite a bit of that too and wouldn't be a terrible song as its the Lionel Richie song you should recognise ... 3

    @giuliagz3686last year Hi,
if you love the part with "that singing" you have to listen to the Story of one Sky where he does it in an incredible way. />But be careful because it is a long video, full of symbols, with a desperate and touching appeal for peace in the world, very moving ... he also plays the role of the main character and he does it so well. 💝💝
    You are very nice.
    Greetings from Italy ❤❤

@sabinevoigt6323last year I like your reaction videos. Just be honest about how you feel. I especially liked that you continued to watch Dimash, even if the first song was not something you really liked. I've only been a DEAR for a year and I really love Dimash as an artist and human being. But there are a few songs that I don't like as much as the others. Dimash is so diverse in his songs and genres, there's something for everyone.
And sometimes, as it happened to me, you will like one version way more than the other ones. Because Dimash likes to change his songs a bit at his concerts.
Just dig in and you will find a lot of treasures.
Have fun and continue to do reaction videos, I am looking forward to watching you.
    Love from Germany.

@anahills3836last year It's not uncommon for reactors to have to have a "little chat" with some of the more passionate Dears😄 You did it very nicely! I do think it's strange that anyone would watch a reaction channel and then be annoyed that the reactor gave their opinion! Ah well! I am a bit like you in that I usually find female opera singing difficult to listen to. For some reason though I love Dimash's high voice! Some people who are very into opera have a little trouble with Dimash because he often changes style and singing techniques within a song. One second they are critiquing his singing based on operatic technique and suddenly he is singing with a pop technique! If you are a "sucker for a male voice" try "Ti Amo Cosi" and "Ulise" where he sings in the male range the entire time (well, except for the last note in "Ulise" 😃) And a MUST would be "Love is Like a Dream". He uses such a beautiful deep voice in most of it! His recent song "El Amor en Ti" is also lovely and shows most of his range. When you've gotten to know him a bit, watch "The Story of One Sky". Speaking of getting to know him, I will highly recommend the series of videos by LiLaSi called "The Ultimate Guide to Dimash". There are about 10 and each one is about 5-10 minutes long. You will find out a LOT about him as well as finding the links to the places that the information came from so that you can dig deeper if you are so inclined. SO many people have mentioned James Bond when they hear Dimash sing! Maybe one day! I am also one of those Dears who is "old"! (Ok, I'm only medium old, 50's) I am rather thankful though that I fall into the "I could be his mother" category rather than the "I could be his girlfriend" one! He is so captivating that I don't think I could bear it if I were younger!!🤣🤣 Greetings from Canada! Enjoy! ... 2

    @DLCSTexaslast year Hi extremely
Loved your reaction last time. Was looking forward to a second reaction. When I realized you had let bad trollers get to you I skipped up to about 10 minutes and you were still talking. Then I looked at your video length of almost 25 minutes I knew it was just a long video. You’re too good to let bad viewers get to you. You don’t have to apologize for your actions on your own channel. All I want as a dear is your unbiased reaction to Dimash. You did put coach in your thumbnail so that means you’re a reactorno explanation needed. ...

@wbrennelast year Dimash shows you the stunning scenery of Kazakhstan in the music video of Qairan Elim, a tribute to his troubled homeland in the darkest time of the Coronavirus pandemic. It makes me want to visit this melting pot at the intersection of European, Asian and Muslim cultures.
The cyrillic alphabet is used in many of the former Soviet countries and beyond. But because the Kazakh language belongs to the Turkic family of languages and not to the Slavic, there are discussions whether Kazakhstan should switch to the Latin alphabet.

@monkeyjones7653last year To be fair, I didn't like some of the higher operatic style notes Dimash sings when I first started listening to him. Dimash is a shock to the senses, and takes a moment to gain your composure. Kinda like smelling salts for your ears but in an absolutely fantastic way!
It's not racist to be Curious of the ancestral origin of someone. Dimash looks Asian, obviously, and there is nothing wrong with that.
Nowadays there are a bunch of people that feel like it's ok to call others racist while the only one being racist is actually them.
I'm certain Dimash welcomes all new Dears! I tell prospective Dears about him whenever I have an opportunity.

I pray you have peace in your heart and mind and throw all those negative comments out of thought because they are worthless. Know that there are more decent human beings who are grounded in reality still that we can understand your point of view.
I personally prefer his performance of sos at the Slavic bazaar.

@Ascension721last year Maybe its the language barrier, but I dont think anything you said were terrible. You were very open-minded throughout. Doesn't matter if open-minded or closed-minded, opinions are opinions. I may not agree with some things but defend your right to say it. I think most of these were misunderstandings. Which inevitably will arise and you are aware of that. With Opera I am also very picky. Similarly, sopranos, although cool and something I can't watch for more than a minute. Yet Dimash.... he sounds so similar... yet he has a pop flavour to his high notes. Its weird but I think his voice is one you can get used to. ... 3

@FretsOnFirelast year I never saw anything remotely racist in anything you're doing, including your channel name - I hate that too, the constant accusations of bigotry and racism nowadays. I just assumed that you meant you were pale or something, I haven't seen your video yet explaining it. But only a hypersensitive weirdo would consider your name or anything you said racist and take offense.
I hope I wasn't too unpleasant initially, I remember suggesting that maybe you didn't like opera. Then you explained your musical background & I felt I better understood .
I was glad that you said you had listened to it more & now really liked the whole thing, but you certainly weren't obligated to! I don't believe I was one of the really obnoxious ones (I know how they can be!), I just hoped that I didn't appear intolerant in the beginning. I really do believe that Dimash is the greatest singer, but I never want to try to force others to think that! I think the huge majority of those who call themselves Dears are very kind, helpful & tolerant.
Anyway, you were right - Sinful Passion is in A min, at least until the key change, after the throat/world singing. Speaking of which there's TONS of that kind of singing in The Story of One Sky! Most of the Dears will tell you to wait a little on that one, so you're a little more familiar with Dimash, but that's the jackpot (for now) for Kazakh and other ethnic singing!
As for deep male singing, as someone else mentioned in the comments, Stranger & especially El amore en ti have that really rich, deep male opera voice - they're both truly magnificent!!
Thanks for your reaction, you're doing a great job! ☺️
