Keep in mind that everyone's taste is different as is the food different at other hotels in Cuba. This is only a food for the tourists and not locals. My review: The Buffet at the Brisas Santa Lucia in Cuba is clean, with a wide variety of food, drink, sauces and musicians that can come and serenade you right at your table. Service is excellent and with a smile. The table cloths are changed for every meal, so you always eat clean and since they use different colors, it is definitely not boring. My favorite was the fresh fruit smoothie for breakfast, made just the way you want it, selection of fruits and salads, so you're not bored. I am not a picky eater so this is only my opinion. Wine or beer are your choices while dining if you wish so.
