For the Sauces 1 Tablespoon minced Garlic 1 Tablespoon minced scallion 2 Tablespoon oil 2 Tablespoon soy sauce To Cook the Shrimp : 1 kilo Shrimp 5 slices Ginger 1 bunch Lemon Grass Prepare the two different sauces first , Mix the minced Ginger in a small bowl , Add a pinch of salt , in another bowl for soy sauce and minced scallion as will... Heat up 2 tablespoon of oil until it just start to smoke , and pour it over the two bowl of sauces to flash fry the mixture... In a Medium Pot , add 5 cups of water , 5 slices of Ginger , 1 bunch of Lemon Grass , 1 1/2 tablespoon of salt bring the mixture to boil. Add the Shrimp will cook very fast , and they're turned completely Pink.. It should only take a minute... Scoop the Shrimp out of the pot to avoid over cooking... Plate and Serve with Rice and the Two different Dipping Sauces... Injoy your Meal ♥️♥️♥️😍😍
