◼For Soaking & Boiling the rice
▪2 cups Basmati Rice (or Any rice)
▪Water
▪Oil
▪Salt
◼For Vegetable Fried Rice
▪2 tbsp Oil
▪1 tsp finely chopped ginger
▪1 tsp finely chopped garlic
▪2 finely chopped green chillies
▪Finely chopped Vegetables (any)
Here I have taken
Carrots,Cabbage,Capsicum,Green Onions
▪1 tbsp soy sauce
▪1 tsp white vinegar
▪Salt to taste
▪Msg or Chinese Salt (optional)
▪Boiled Rice
