Pull the hood release (in the car) 2. Pull the hood release handle (under the hood) 3. Remove oil cap 4. Slide the drain pan into position 5. Use 15mm socket and ratchet to loosen the drain plug 6. Remove the drain plug by hand 7. Allow the oil to drain 8. Install the drain plug by hand 9. Use 15mm socket and ratchet to tighten the drain plug 10. Remove the oil filter 11. Put clean oil on the new oil filter’s gasket 12. Pour a little oil into the new oil filter 13. Install the new oil filter by hand and tighten 14. Insert a funnel and pour in 6 quarts of oil 15. Install the oil cap 16. Reset the oil percentage by selecting oil life, press and hold the check button TOOLS USED: 1. 15mm Socket 2. 3/8” Ratchet 3. Oil Catch Pan 4.
