@elizabeth1183منذ 3 سنواتA church leader who is also a medical doctor has "prescribed" this remedy for anxiety--to practice thinking about things one is grateful for. id="hidden1" class="buttons"> It seems it is impossible to be anxious at the same time one is thinking of things to be grateful for. I tried this, and my very long standing chronic anxiety is far less. Thank you, Dr. Ekberg, for your tireless efforts to make all of our lives better. For this, I am truly grateful. ....وسعت75

@BetterShannonمنذ 3 سنواتI like to think of neuroplasticity as two different paths, or at least when it comes to positive and negative thinking. One might be a super highway (really id="hidden9" class="buttons"> easy to travel down) while the other might be an overgrown path that's hard to travel down. So when you try and change your thoughts it takes a lot of practice and a lot of reminding ourselves, because at first it can be such a struggle to go down the overgrown path. But if you keep trying you'll get farther and farther each time, and if you keep at it that path will eventually become the super highway and the other path will start to grow over and become difficult to travel down. ....وسعت13

@HarvardBobمنذ 3 سنواتGreat topic Dr. Ekberg! I think it is clear to most subscribers of this channel, that pharmaceutical companies view every illness or discomfort as an opportunity id="hidden10" class="buttons"> to sell you a pill. This is not surprising, it's what they do: convince you that everything is out of your control. As Americans, we have been well conditioned to avail ourselves of quick fixes. The US and New Zealand are the only two countries that permit direct marketing to consumers. Fortunately, as the ever increasing number of subscribers to this channel show, there is a better way to take control of your health. Many thanks to Dr. Ekberg for all his great videos.
