Hope for women in remote areas - Midwives training

70% of births in Yemen happen at home rather than in hospitals and other equipped health centers. For most of those women, a trained midwife in the area is the only hope of getting qualified medical help and assistance during labor. Thanks to funding from @KSrelief, UNICEF has conducted a midwives training program at the High Institute of Science in Marib, Yemen.
