ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered the lower court court hearing a triple murder case in Dadu district to complete trial within three months and indict the accused within 15 days. An apex court bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar also ordered authorities to provide security to the complainant Umme Rubab and her family. The petitioner Rubab pleaded to the court that she, along with her family are facing threats and requested to transfer the case to Karachi. Upon hearing this, Justice Nisar remarked that maybe police could not arrest the accused and asked petitioner to file an application in the high court for transfer of the case. The court also directed the Sindh High Court to decide the plea within 15 days. The bench also ordered the police to arrest the absconding accused and submit a report in the court apart from also submitting a monthly progress report of the case in court. A former Pakistan People’s Party MPA Nawab Sardar Ahmed Chandio and his brother Nawab Burhan Khan Chandio were nominated in the triple murder case last year in January but were granted a pre-arrest bail from court. Sikandar Chandio, one of the seven people nominated in the first information report (FIR), for the murder of Raees Karamullah Chandio and his sons Mukhtar Ahmed Chandio and Qabil Chandio were apprehended in Mehar along with two other people. Karamullah and his sons were killed on January 17 in an armed attack. کیا قتل کی یہ وجہ تھی۔ چیف جسٹس امُ ارباب سیکورٹی کے بھی مسائل ہیں۔ وکیل فیصل صدیقی مراد خان چانڈیو کو پکڑ کر چھوڑ دیا گیا۔ جسٹس اعجاز الاحسن پولیس سمجھتی تھی مراد خان چانڈیو بے گناہ ہے۔ سندھ پولیس عدالتی حکم پر مراد چانڈیو کو دوبارہ پکڑ لیا ہے ۔ پولیس عدالت جہاں بھی مقدمہ کو بھجوائے تین ماہ میں ٹرائل مکمل ہونا چاہیے ۔ ؤکیل فیصل صدیقی مرکزی ملزمان گرفتار ہے۔ وکیل دو شریک ملزمان مفرور ہیں ۔ وکیل عدالت مفرور ملزمان کی گرفتاری کا حکم دے۔ وکیل ام ارباب کو سیکورٹی فراہم کرنے کا بھی حکم دیں گیے۔ چیف جسٹس مقدمہ کو اندرون سندھ سے کراچی منتقل کر دیں۔ امُ ارباب دادو مہڑ کی خاتون امُ ارباب کے خاندان قتل سے متعلق کیس کی سماعت اتنا بڑا ظلم پورا خاندان ختم کر دیا۔ چیف جسٹس ساری فیملی کوُ ختم کر دیا ہے۔ چیف جسٹس کچھ تو متاثرہ خاندان کی داد رسی ہونی چاہیے ۔ چیف جسٹس یہ مظلوم لوگ ہیں۔ چیف جسٹس ملزم کتنے عرصے سے مفرور ہے۔ چیف جسٹس پولیس سے ملزمان نہیں پکڑے جاتے۔ چیف جسٹس معاملہ پر نئی ٹیم تشکیل دی ہے۔ سندھ پولیس جلد ملزمان گرفتار ہو جائیں گیے ۔ سندھ پولیس ام ارباب کے دادا ۔والد اور کزن کو قتل کر دیا گیا۔ وکیل ام ارباب اس خاندان نے وڈیرے کے خلاف آواز اٹھائی تھی۔ چیف جسٹس مقدمہ کی منتقلی کے لیے نوٹس دینا پڑے گا۔ چیف جسٹس مناسب ہو گا سندھ ہائی کورٹ سے رجوع کریں۔ چیف جسٹس سندھ ہائی کورٹ مقدمہ پر پندرہ دن میں فیصلہ کرے۔ عدالت ہائی کورٹ کے فیصلہ کے بعد ٹرائل کورٹ ملزمان پر فرد جرم عائد کرے۔ عدالت مفرور ملزمان کو گرفتار کر کے رپورٹ دی جائے۔ عدالت فرد جرم عائد ہوے کے بعد ٹرائل تین ماہ میں مکمل کیا جائے ۔ عدالت متاثرہ خاندان کو سیکورٹی فراہم کی جائے۔ عدالت
