I READ 14 BOOKS LAST MONTH // Reading Wrap Up

I read a ton of books in May 2021, and I'm here to review them for you! In this month's reading wrap up, I read a few short story collections and horror anthologies like TWISTED: TAINTED TALES by Janine Pipe, DEVIL'S NIGHT by Curtis M. Lawson, and ALL DARK PLACES from Dragon Soul Press. I also read some R.L. Stine books: GOOSEBUMPS SERIES 2000: SCREAM SCHOOL, FEAR STREET: THE NEW GIRL and THE SURPRISE PARTY, POINT HORROR: THE BOYFRIEND, and I read another vintage teen horror classic, SUMMER OF FEAR by Lois Duncan. Next, I read the very first book in THE BOXCAR CHILDREN series and . . . found it to be very interesting. Speaking of cozy mysteries, I also read the first book in the BOOKMOBILE CAT series, LENDING A PAW. Seeing that I work on a Bookmobile for my local library, it seemed necessary to read this book. I also read some graphic novels like TALES FOR A HALLOWEEN NIGHT from John Carpenter, HALLOWEEN TALES, and THE LAST HALLOWEEN, VOL. 1. Lastly, I reread one of my favorite nonfiction books, PAPERBACKS FROM HELL by Grady Hendrix.
