Chicken bun is an amazing delicacy loved by children and adults equally. In this video, I'll show you to make this delicious snack using 3 cooking methods; Oven baking, Kadai baking and Steaming.

The ingredients for this dish:
For DOUGH :-
Maida - 3 cups
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
Instant Yeast - 1 tbsp
Milk Powder - 2 tbsp
Butter (in room tempt) - 1 tbsp
Egg - 1
Milk - 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp
Warm Water - 1/4 cup
Oil - 1 tbsp
For CHICKEN STUFFING :-
Boneless Chicken (chopped) - 1/2 kg (2 cups)
Oil - 2 tbsp
Onion - 2
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 2~3 tbsp
Corn Flour- 1 tsp
Water - 3 tbsp
For BAKING
Egg - 1
Sesame/Til Seeds - few
Melted Butter - for coating
