Amupanda wants City of Windhoek throne

Affirmative Repositioning Movement Leader and University of Namibia senior lecturer, Job Amupanda wants to run for the position of Mayor for the City of Windhoek. Amupanda made the announcement despite knowing that the Local Authority Act does not allow individuals to contest without the backing of a registered political party. This brings his chances of running the city to near impossible.
