Today I show you my favorite chickpea tuna recipe, which is a healthy protein with a lot of nutrients.

Ingredients:
1 nori sheet
2x 400 oz cans of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
3 celery stalks (finely chopped)
2 tbsp of lemon juice
3 tbsp tahini/mayo
1 tsp salt. Optional
Green onions for flavor
Instructions: Take the nori sheet and chop it down using a food processor. Take your chickpeas and put them in the blender (alternatively, you can also smash them) - use pulse as you do not want to overblend them. Put the mixture in mixing bowl and add lemon juice. Add mayo/tahini, salt and celery, and mix. Enjoy!
