Hey everyone..today I made this delicious meal for my family and I decided to record it for you guys. This is a delicious low carb meal of shrimp curry with cajun flare (optional) and cauliflower mash. I hope you make some and let me know..😉..Enjoy!
Recipe for Curry:
3 TABLESPOONS OF OIL
1 CUP COCONUT MILK
1 TSP CURRY
1 TSP TUMERIC
1 TSP CAJUN SPICE (OPTIONAL)
1/2 TSP BOULLION CHICKEN POWDER
1/4 TSP SALT
ONE HEAD OF broccoli
GARLIC
ONIONS
HALF A LEMON TO SQUEEZE (THIS DIFFUSES THE SWEETNESS OF THE DISH A LITTLE BIT)
CAULIFLOWER MASH:
1 PACK OF FROZEN CAULIFLOWER BALLS ( OR MAKE YOUR OWN USING FRESH CAULIFLOWER)
4 TABLESPOONS OF WATER
3 TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER
1/4 TSP WHITE PEPPER (OPTIONAL)
1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1/4 TSP OF SALT
CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS FOR GARNISH
